  As testament to the solid brand of leadership that 2006 REALTOR® of the Year Larry Duncan exudes, more than 35 agents from his office, RE/MAX 3000, Inc., attended the Inaugural to see him receive the honor.
Duncan, joined by wife Sarah at the event Oct. 6, said it was an honor to be named REALTOR® of the Year. He has been a member of the Association for 24 years; during that time, he has been a steady supporter, giving time and resources for countless events. Most recently, Duncan served as a Metrolist Director; he holds the Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Relocation Professional designations. |

 Those who know Wade Phelps from his work at AAR would not have been surprised by the way he took the stage after being named Affiliate of the Year. Humble, quiet and understated, he told the crowd that his mission has always been to serve. He is joined here by 2007 President Cheri Long.
Phelps owns Phelps Financial, helping families establish their credit in pursuit of the dream of homeownership. He is a constant presence at AAR functions, lending time and effort especially to causes that help needy families in the community.
