Remember how important AAR is to your business

Just a few short days ago, the Aurora Association of REALTORS® celebrated its Inaugural with a party worthy of “The King’s” attendance.
Although Elvis was preoccupied and couldn’t make it, he certainly wasn’t forgotten at the 1950s-themed Sock Hop celebration. And as the newly-inducted president of this Association, I’d like for you to remember how important AAR is to you and your business.

Remember the great benefits you have when you belong to the Aurora Association of REALTORS®. Here are some top reasons you should value your membership:
Membership has its privileges ~ You are a part of the largest trade organization in the country. When the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) speaks, people listen.

Get your GRI designation, learn about new home construction, enroll in e-PRO certification courses, and take national Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) classes close to home. With so many courses to pick from, you can get it done while business is slow.
Access to tech and legal help ~ Have technology questions? Call the Hotline for REALTORS® only! It’s toll free at 1-866-432-3027. Have legal questions? Your designated REALTOR® can sign up for a Legal Hotline FREE and use it to answer questions your company members have. That number is (303) 494-6238.
Mediation and hearing services ~ Although we all hope you never have to use it, AAR can help you set up mediations and can organize panels for hearings. How easy is that? Call and the paperwork is sent to you and the other agent immediately.
Access to industry publications ~ You already get a slew of industry news in the Association’s monthly newsletter, the Aurora Outlook. Now, RealTrends, a leading newsletter with updated industry information and analysis, is available to you as a benefit of being an Aurora Association of REALTORS® member.
