Positive attitude = more commissions.

As I travel around to AAR’s member offices, meeting REALTORS® and brokers, I find a polarization between successful agents and agents that are just hanging on.
The successful agents are very positive about selling real estate in a downward market. They continue to do the same things that made them successful
- and realize that the basis of those same methods is simple HARD WORK!
If you walk into a listing presentation and say;
"I CAN sell your home and here’s how," you’re likely to get more listings! Compare that to your competition, the agent who walks into a potential client with a message like this:
"I'll take this listing only at such-and-such a price and it might not sell at all since there are already 20,000 listings on the
market." The difference between your positive presentation and your
competition's negative one is a matter of attitude – and your attitude in business will carry over to your attitude in life.
Be a positive magnet. No matter what is going on around you, say to yourself; I AM HAVING A SUPER FANTASTIC DAY, I FEEEEL SUPER FANTASTIC TODAY.
Humor me and try it throughout the month of May – then let me know at the marketing meetings how much additional business you did!
