Requirements:

• Successful completion of CRS 200 plus two additional CRS courses,
• A minimum of 75 transactions completed within the last 5 consecutive years, and
• 10 points total of Elective Credits compiled in any variety of ways from the following categories:
  • (maximum 5 points) A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in real estate; or one of these designations: CCIM, CIPS, CPM, CRB, GRI;
  • (3 points each) CRS courses in addition to the three required core courses; and
  • (1 point per 10 transactions) Transactions completed in the last five consecutive years, in addition to the 75 core transactions required.

All applicants must also submit a letter from their Association verifying current membership, a $75 processing fee, and a $100 membership application fee. You have 5 years to complete the designation requirements from the time of your application.
