This Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) class gives students the inside track to win over prospective buyers by teaching them the necessary strategies that make their sales quick and efficient. Students learn how to work with today's new buyer through counseling, salesmanship and negotiation, using effective strategies that give agents customers for life.
Hatch returns
Instructor Ed Hatch taught a CRS Course at the Association in 2001 to rave reviews. He returns for Sales Strategies, bringing more than 27 years of experience in real estate. He has excelled in every phase of the profession: as sales person, manager and broker owner. He was also the 1998 President of the Council of Residential Specialists.
Students in this class need not be pursuing the CRS Designation. The course stands on its own to deliver top-quality information and strategies to boost agents to a new level of success.
