AAR's Bowling Tourney a silver celebration
The RE/MAX Alliance Team took top honors at the 25th Anniversary Bowling Tournament.
Steve McDonald, Ron Nardiello, Kim Hawkins, Eric Neel and David Nardiello display their prize.
It could only have happened in the 80s... Chad Ochsner (center) and his team from
RE/MAX Alliance took the 1980s theme to heart – and took home Best Dressed honors.
The Bowling Tournament pulls offices and friends together. Here are (from left to right), Ben and Sybil Christine, Metro Brokers Sunny Homes; Leonard and Regie Hunt, Hunt Homes; Janice Vavra and Trudy Richardson, Metro Brokers Sunny Homes; Vavra’s dad, Bill Robinson; Desiree Banka, Chicago Title; and Tom Wallace and Sunny Banka, Metro Brokers Sunny Homes.
Helping celebrate the Silver Anniversary of AAR’s Bowling Tournament are (front row, left to right) Sharon Henderson, Jeff Alexander and Jeri Steen; (middle row, left to right) Tom Gross, Laurie Cesario, Lynn Tozier, Lynn Boyd, and Terry Gist; and (back row) Glenda Wells-Evans.
Hard to believe it’s been 25 years since the Aurora Association of REALTORS®’s first-ever Bowling Tournament. The event has become one of AAR’s mainstays, an annual social gathering drawing some of the Association’s most loyal members to knock down the pins.
That first tournament was back in the 1980s…so it was only fitting that this year’s tourney celebrate with a 1980s theme. Some took it to heart – Chad Oschner, RE/MAX Alliance, showed up in full regalia as a 1980s prom king, along with his queen and princesses from his office. They were a shoo-in to tie a group from Look East Realty for best dressed team.
The Association gives a special nod to Ron Nardiello and Eric Neel, RE/MAX Alliance. These two members have either chaired or been on the Bowling Committee for each of its 25 years. They led a great committee this year.
Thanks!
That committee truly stepped up to make the Silver Celebration a special one, so many thanks to Ann Abraham, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage; Desiree Banka, Chicago Title; Dawn Fabiszak, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; Rob Knepshield, BK Property Inspections; Beau LaPoint, Commonwealth Title; Adam Malachi, Gateway Realty Services; Karen Riner, Great Southwest Mortgage; and Jack Sughrue, Allstate Insurance.
Everyone who attended was a winner – but some put up some great scores to take home the prizes!
