The new look of REALTOR® Rally: it's bigger and better in 2005

A brand new year, a brand new REALTOR® Rally.

If you've been before...if you've never attended...NOW is the time to sign up for the 2005 REALTOR® Rally, March 2, 2005, at the new Colorado Convention Center.

And as a special membership benefit, the Aurora Associaiton of REALTORS® may already have paid for your registration. If you remitted your membership dues by Oct. 1, we want to thank you with this very special gift.

An event of historic proportion
The REALTOR® Rally will be the first-ever trade show in the Colorado Convention Center's (CCC) NEW Majestic Ballroom. More than 225 Exhibitors will jam the halls with the latest and greatest real estate related products and services. The REALTOR® Rally Exhibit Hall is the state's biggest and most successful of its kind.

Later keynote, motivational morning
Real estate mover and shaker Bill Barrett gets you going with a fantastic keynote in the CCC's brand new, 2,500 seat Amphitheater. Barrett explains "How to Live and Breathe Real Estate and Still Live and Breathe" ... with words of wisdom that will be a breath of fresh air in a setting that's truly breathtaking. The new Amphitheater features state-of-the-art acoustics and sound, and there's not a bad seat in the house. The keynote begins at 10 a.m. - plenty of time for you to get downtown, get parked, and get ready to learn.

Education starts early, lasts all day
But don't miss out on early education sessions. Top instructors presenting their most valuable information have become a hallmark of the REALTOR® Rally. Sessions begin at 8:30 a.m., and include Florida trainer and speaker Ruth Fennell along with Colorado's leaders...Oliver Frascona, Mickey Sanders, Chris Muff, Jonathan Goodman, Jay Bauer, Kent Levine, Doug Barber, George Harvey and more...in all, at least 21 educations sessions from which to choose. Look for a technology panel and a real estate team panel to round out a complete education series.

Commercial session, new opportunities
Former Denver Bronco Mark Jackson teams with Denver commercial real estate gurus Mark VanArk and John Propp for a commercial session meant for residential real estate brokers. Their high-energy session targets anyone looking for the chance to recognize commercial opportunities, to maximize possibilities, to recognize referrals, and to invest in themselves through the commercial market.

What else is new?

  • A new, 1000-space parking garage attached to the Convention Center makes getting into the 2005 REALTOR® Rally a snap with instant, weather-protected access to the event.
  • The light rail line drops off directly in front of the Convention Center.
  • Online registration is safe, simple and secure...and it's open now!

Now is the time to make a resolution: give yourself the chance to see top speakers, great education sessions and an unparalleled Exhibit Hall March 2. At the low pre-registration fee of $25, it just makes sense.

Has AAR paid for you?
If you paid your AAR dues by Oct. 1, 2004, you are pre-registered and do not need to turn in any additional materials to sign up for the Rally. If not, pre-registration is easy. Visit www.RealtorRally.org to register online today, or contact your Association for materials you can fill out and mail or fax.

The Colorado Convention Center's new Amphitheater will fill with REALTOR® Rally attendees March 2 for the Keynote Session "How to Lie and Breathe Real Estate and Still Live and Breathe" with motivational speaker Bill Barrett. The Rally will also present a Commercial Session for residential REALTORS® in the Amphitheater during the afternoon.
