After a week’s postponement due to torrential rains, players in the Aurora Association of REALTORS® Golf Tournament at Valley Country Club spent a beautiful August Monday on the links, playing for fun and for the benefit of affordable housing programs across the state.
A slate of 88 players and a great group of sponsors got together for the annual tournament, which again this year donated money to the Colorado Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation (CARHOF). The $2,450 raised will go a long way in providing grant recipients funds to continue housing programs in our community.
Kudos to the Golf/CARHOF Committee, which put on a successful, memorable tournament. And also to sponsors, whose support is both necessary and very much appreciated.
