The Aurora Association of REALTORS® has awarded five of its outstanding members with the organization’s top honor, the Masters Club Award.
Sunny Banka, Metro Brokers Sunny Homes & Associates; Dave Edwards, Key Real Estate Group;
Ed Hardey, RE/MAX 3000, Inc.;Adam Malachi, Gateway Realty Services, Inc. and Bill Rapp,Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage each were recognized with a 2006 Masters Club Award for professionalism, exemplary performance in education, commitment to community service and achievement in sales.

Dave Edwards

A member of the Aurora Association of REALTORS® since 1984, Dave Edwards is the managing broker of Key Real Estate Group. His enthusiasm for the real estate industry is displayed every Friday as he emcees AAR’s weekly REALTOR® Update meetings. He also actively participates in numerous Association activities. Edwards worked with the Mitzvah Project, a disaster relief/housing effort to support the victims of Hurricane Katrina, and participated in the Ferrari Club of America MS Fundraiser, the Automezzi 2005.

Ed Hardey
RE/MAX 3000, Inc.
Ed received his real estate license and joined AAR in 1993. He served on the Board of Directors from 2001 – 2003 and has served as a Metrolist Director from 2003 – the present. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Metrolist Board of Directors and chairs the Rules and Regulations Committee. Educationally, Ed has obtained the GRI, CRS and ABR designations. He is currently a member of the Professional Standards Committee for AAR. His outside interests include being an instrument rated private pilot. |

An AAR member since 1998, he has enthusiastically pursued educational opportunities that contribute to his professionalism, earning numerous educational designations. Fluent in many languages, Malachi also invests his time in Sertoma, an organization devoted to service to mankind; and to Alamo, an organization that helps people with mental health issues. |

Bill Rapp has been an active member of the Aurora Association of REALTORS® for over 30 years. He had been committed to real estate education, earning his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
