Help protect the real estate industry. Support the
Political Survival Fund (PSF) with your contribution.

How does your
PSF contribution
benefit you? By...

  • Protecting private property rights locally

  • Protecting your ability to conduct business

  • Stimulating housing opportunities

  • Promoting legislation that benefits your business and your clients’ interests

  • Promoting REALTOR® involvement in local issues

  • Creating favorable real estate tax provisions

  • Assuring the availability and affordability of property casualty insurance

  • Helping REALTORS® have a voice

  • Helping to elect local and national candidates who support REALTOR® issues

  • Keeping REALTORS® working towards a common vision

AAR Member Adam Malachi, Gateway Realty, displays his “Sterling R” award, given to him by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in recognition of his $1,000 contribution to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC).

In order to protect the free enterprise system and the right to own and transfer real property, many members contribute to PSF. With your help, PSF can effectively aid in supporting or opposing legislation that affects your efforts to maintain an exceptional business.

The real estate industry is one of the most heavily-regulated industries in the country and it seems that every day brings a new attempt by government to regulate your efforts to earn a living. In order to continue the well-being of the real estate industry, it is imperative that we work together through PSF to make our voice is heard in an arena in which many interest groups compete.

Thank you to those AAR members whose contributions in 2004 are making a difference.
