Fulfill CREC background check requirement with ease
 Let the Aurora Association of REALTORS® help you fulfill a new CREC requirement with ease.
The Colorado Real Estate Commission requires that agents renewing their licenses have a fingerprint-based background check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Fingerprinting can be done at the Association office on several dates in May and June, making fulfilling the requirement simple and cost-effective.
The fee for this procedure is $11 and includes the fingerprinting card and pre addressed envelope. (The cost for CBI to process your prints is $39.50. CBI does not accept personal checks; however the Association can provide you with a credit card authorization form.)
The background check can take up to four months, so don’t wait until the last minute.
