This two-hour session covers the developing RESPA law and HUD rules, Colorado’s new law and Commission rules, new disclosure forms and case examples from Colorado and other states. The session will be enhanced by a power point presentation and each attendee will receive an outline for the session as well as a copy of relevant materials including applicable forms. There will be ample time for questions. This session qualifies for two hours of CE credit.
