What a choice to have to make...AAR member Larry Clarke can take a new Sanctuary Home valued at $350,000 or a cash prize of $200,000 after winning the top prize in the Colorado Association
of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation (CARHOF) Raffle.
Clarke bought his $100 ticket at the Aurora Association of REALTORS®. The annual CARHOF raffle gave ticket buyers the chance to enter for trips, cash and the new house. Raffle tickets cost $100 each; only about 2,800 of the available 10,000 tickets were sold before the Oct. 25 drawing date at the CAR Convention in Colorado Springs.
Clarke celebrated the win with his AAR colleagues at the REALTOR® Update Meeting Oct. 26.
