With the newest PrimeAccessSM feature, REALTORS® can now get listings from IRES (northern Colorado), PPAR (Colorado Springs) and Metrolist effortlessly. IRES and PPAR listings are fully integrated into PrimeAccessSM, eliminating the need to use any special MLS search features or options.
REALTORS® can now find properties from IRES, PPAR and Metrolist with one easy-to-use tool. This unique implementation allows REALTORS® to conveniently access IRES and PPAR listings from a single database, using any PrimeAccessSM search. There are no extra steps or special searches required to have full access to cooperative MLS listings.

CCM delivers more data
Established in 2003, the Colorado Cooperative MLS (CCM) is a joint agreement between Metrolist, IRES and PPAR which allows the sharing of listing information among the three MLS providers. This agreement makes it possible to extend offers of cooperation and compensation among the participating MLS members, regardless of geographic boundaries.
Fully integrated with real-time Metrolist listings, REALTORS® can get Active and Under Contract listings from IRES and PPAR in addition to a six-month inventory of Sold and Expired listings. Recent updates to the CCM agreement provide more than 70 data fields for IRES and PPAR listings, which are updated daily.
