AAR unveils ‘Welcome to Aurora” relocation magazine
The Aurora Association of REALTORS® is pleased to offer a new “Welcome to Aurora” relocation magazine to every member. The free publication, which is a joint effort between Pelican Publications and the Aurora Association of REALTORS®, is a very useful tool for agents and affiliates in marketing the Aurora community to prospective clients.
The new guide features Aurora’s many amenities, making it an attractive publication to offer individuals and families who are considering a move to Colorado. It is a concise piece that promotes the things we all enjoy about living and working in Aurora.
The publication includes all the things someone would want to know about a community before selecting it as a permanent residence. It includes a welcome from the mayor, a map of Aurora and Arapahoe County, history and demographics of the city, housing opportunities, and information on economic development, education, health and child care, arts and culture, parks and recreation, shopping, and more.
The relocation guide is free, thanks to the individuals and companies that advertised in the magazine. Members are invited to stop by the Association office to pick up a copy or copies for prospective clients. Distribution is an important part of the process to educate the public about the wonderful attributes of Aurora and neighboring Centennial.
