CAR State Convention celebrates 90 successful years
Head to Broadmoor Oct. 17-19 for Mardi Gras fun, quality education
The CAR State Convention celebrates its 90th year, offering REALTORS an all-inclusive forum for staying on top of the ever-changing real estate market.
CAR continues its long-standing tradition of providing quality educational and networking venues paired with fun events throughout the Convention. It adds a new twist this year with a Broker/Owner Summit designed specifically for this population with opportunities to meet and greet, learn about critical topics, and share ideas with other broker/owners across the state.
Basic pricing for the Summit includes the event itself, Convention registration, and a lunch and cocktail reception. A premier package price adds two nights at the Broadmoor to the deal. An optional golf package is also available.
So why attend?
The reasons are many – not the least of which is the chance to escape to the Springs to mix business with pleasure. According to CAR, here are the top 10 reasons to go to Convention:
10. Real-world solutions to real-world problems. Gain valuable insight and make your business grow with invaluable information in the extensive education selection.
9. CREC class included. The CREC Update Course on Sunday is included in your full registration fee.
8. All the tools in one place. The latest and greatest products and services fill the Exhibit Hall Monday and Tuesday.
7. Expanded classes in Exhibit Hall. Check the trade show for many short classes touching on hot topics from technology to marketing.
6. $500 cash and other prizes. You’ll have a chance to win $500 from Metro Brokers along with plenty of other prizes at the Prize Drawings.
5. The stuff you’ll learn. It really doesn’t get better than this. Three days, more than 35 classes, and access to industry experts. CAR promises that you will come away with more real estate knowledge and a healthy dose of inspiration.
4. Affordable options. One day passes are available for $69!
3. Location, location, location. If you live in Colorado Springs, it’s a no-brainer. Even those who have to drive a little further will find the trip well worth it. The Broadmoor is a beautiful and historic Colorado property that should be enjoyed at least once a year.
2. Fun! Make new friends and catch up with old ones. Attend fun receptions and Mardi Gras-themed events.
