AAR members attend free Membership Luncheon for legislative and regulatory updates, catered lunch
The end of Colorado’s state legislative session often brings with it new laws and regulations that REALTORS® must know to stay in compliance.
With this in mind, the Aurora Association of REALTORS® invited its members to a free Membership Luncheon May 20 featuring Mary Kanaly from the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
Kanaly spoke to dozens of AAR members, both REALTOR® and Affiliate, about topics ranging from the Commission’s role, a new broker lien law, a homeowners association bill, E&O insurance audits and much more.
Members were treated to a catered luncheon to accompany the valuable presentation.
