Tri-County Health Department approves "Use Permit" program for Individual Sewage Disposal Systems
The Tri-County Health Department (TCHD) recently approved Regulation Number 1-11, a "Use Permit" program to provide additional levels of protection of valuable community water resources. Regulation 1-11 becomes effecttive July 1, 2011, and includes requirements for Indiviual Sewage Disposal Systems (ISDS). TCHD has prepared a "Questions and Answer" sheet that outlines the basics of the program. You can view a copy of that document by clicking here (PDF). As part of their annual fundraiser, the Affiliate Committee is creating an AAR cookbook. To make it easier for members to submit recipes, we have set up an account with the company doing the cookbook. Here's how to do it.

Password: 02298 (this is the password that all contributors must use)
4. At the top of the page click on either Add Recipe or View All Recipes to see what has already been submitted.
Recipes must be submitted no later than May 13.
Members may submit up to five recipes. And to add to the fun,
on Aug. 12 the Affiliate Committee will host an AAR Cook-Off!
